Monthly plenary session on Government's general policy

- Pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 3,  Article 100 of the Constitution, and the provisions of Articles 278 to 283 of the Rules of Procedure, the House of Representatives shall convene a monthly plenary session devoted to oral questions on general policy addressed to the Head of Government.
