The International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace members convened in their 10th Plenary Session of the Parliament in Rabat and Dakhla, the Kingdom of Morocco, on July 14-15, 2022. The Session took place with the participation of the Speaker of the Moroccan House of Representatives, the President of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the President of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace, and other prominent figures from different parts of the globe. On this occasion, the participants reaffirmed their commitment to the noble missions of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace through:

Affirming the responsibilities parliamentarians bear during the current difficult circumstances as representatives of their peoples.

Stressing the decisive role of preserving and reinforcing tolerance and peace in addressing international developments.

Lauding the exemplary role of the Moroccan Parliament in promoting tolerance and peace.

Reaffirming the importance of pacific solutions and negotiations in resolving the present and emerging conflicts.

Achieving the priorities of food security through coordinating efforts in order to ensure adequate food supply for areas in need.

Supporting the preservation of bio-agricultural diversity and using science, innovation, and responsible behavior to complement traditional knowledge, local foods, and best practices.

Considering the imperative of broadening and consolidating international parliamentary alliances to meet the primary human needs.

Calling on States to respect their agreements regarding food delivery, especially in cases where the beneficiaries are from developing countries susceptible to famine.

Urging all States and competent international organizations to take the necessary steps to exempt the trade in foods, humanitarian aids, and fertilizers from sanctions, export bans, taxes, and non-regular charges.
