Meeting of the Justice, Legislation, Human Rights, and Liberties Committee on Monday, January 13, 2025, right after the plenary sitting, to:

1. Examine amendments and vote on Government Bill 55-24 amending and supplementing Law 62-99 on the Code of Finance Courts;
2. Present parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Law 62-99 on the Code of Finance Courts, proposed by the Parliamentary Caucus of Justice and Development; 
3. Examine a parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Article 20 of Law 70-03 operating as Family Code, ratified by Dahir 1-04-22 of Du Hijja 12, 1424 (February 3, 2004), referred by the House of Councilors;
4. Meet with the Minister of Justice to give presentation on “Draft Fifth Period Report on the implementation of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment” and discuss the report.
