Speaker of the House of Representatives Holds Talks with Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami, received on Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the Seat of the House in Rabat, the Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, H.E. Jasem Mohamed AlBudaiwi, and his entourage, currently on a working visit to the Kingdom of Morocco.

The talks between the two parties covered the major structural projects conducted by the Kingdom of Morocco under the wise leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may Allah assist him, as well as the institutional reforms brought about by the 2011 Constitution.

The two parties also discussed the excellent ties linking the Moroccan House of Representatives to its counterparts in the Parliaments of the Member States of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, in addition to the joint coordination and constant communication with them in various continental and international parliamentary fora.

The meeting of the Speaker of the House of Representatives with the Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf and his entourage also served as an opportunity to exchange views on parliamentary and Arab questions of mutual concern.
