Presentation of Parliamentary Bills on Tuesday, December 10, 2024

Meeting of the Justice, Legislation, Human Rights, and Liberties Committee on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., to present the following parliamentary bills:

1. Parliamentary bill amending Articles 2 and 4 of Law 41.10 defining the conditions and procedures for benefitting from the Family Aid Fund, referred by the House of Councilors in a second reading;

5. Parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Articles 6, 10, and 23 of Law 7.81 on expropriation for public interest and temporary occupation (Socialist Group – Ittihadi Opposition); 
6. Parliamentary bill amending Articles 7 and 17 of Law 7.81 on expropriation for public interest and temporary occupation (Haraki Group);
7. Parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Article 40 of Law 22.01 operating as Criminal Code (Parliamentary Caucus of Justice and Development); 
8. Parliamentary bill amending Article 40 of Law 22.01 operating as Criminal Code (Socialist Group – Ittihadi Opposition);
9. Parliamentary bill amending and supplementing the provisions of Article 608 of Law 22.01 operating as Criminal Code (Socialist Group – Ittihadi Opposition).
