Meeting to Examine two Parliamentary Bills and Pursue Examination of Government Bill 02.23 on Tuesday, July 2, 2024

Meeting of the Justice, Legislation, and Human Rights Committee on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. to:

• Examine a parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Dahir of Ramadan 9, 1331 (August 12, 1913) operating as Code of Obligations and Contracts, as amended and supplemented (Group of Progress and Socialism); 
• Examine a parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Law 18.00 on the regime of joint property of buildings (Haraki Group – Popular Movement);
• Pursue the examination of Government Bill 02.23 on the Civil Procedure Code (in-depth discussion of the articles of the Bill).
