Meeting of the Justice, Legislation, and Human Rights Committee on Monday, June 10, 2024, right after the plenary sitting, according to the following order of business: 

• Examination of Government Bill 43.22 on alternative sentences, referred by the House of Councilors for second reading; 
• Examination of Government Bill 10.23 on organizing and managing penitentiary institutions, referred by the House of Councilors for second reading; 
• Examination of amendments and vote on a Parliamentary Bill amending Articles 4 and 319 of Law 39.08 on the Code of Rights in Rem, presented by the Group of Authenticity and Modernity;
• Examination of amendments and vote on a Parliamentary Bill amending Articles 2, 174, 306, 310, and 317 of Law 39.08 on the Code of Rights in Rem, presented by the Group of Authenticity and Modernity.
