Speaker of the House of Representatives Receives Palestinian Delegation

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami received on Monday, January 23, 2023, at the seat of the House, a delegation of Palestinian figures, including the Ambassador of Palestine to the Kingdom of Morocco, H.E. Jamal Choubki, and other religious and academic figures, in addition to business people and civil society activists from Al-Quds and Gaza, on the occasion of celebrating the silver jubilee of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency.

On occasion, the members of the Palestinian delegation expressed their support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Morocco. They also reiterated their praise and appreciation for the initiatives of the Kingdom in favor of the Palestinian cause. In this respect, they thanked His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may Allah glorify him, the Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, for his efforts in supporting the Palestinian cause and the leading roles of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency.

It should be noted that the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Al-Sharif Agency celebrates the 25^th anniversary of its structuring, as it initiated its effective functioning in 1998. The Agency has been working, since that time, on implementing social projects in Al-Quds, hence contributing to the protection of the Holy City, preserving its religious and civilizational heritage, and supporting its inhabitants.
