Speaker of the House of Representatives Holds Talks with Second Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brunei Darussalam

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami, held talks on Monday, June 26, 2023, at the Seat of the House, with the Second Minister of Foreign Affairs at the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam, Mr. Erywan Yusof, currently on an official visit to the Kingdom of Morocco on June 26-27.

During the meeting, the two parties shed light on the partnership and cooperation ties linking the two brotherly countries in various areas, particularly at the international level. They also noted the importance of intensifying bilateral and multilateral parliamentary coordination through the exchange of visits, experiences, and expertise, and constant parliamentary communication over several regional and international questions of mutual concern.

It should be noted that the visit of the Second Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brunei Darussalam, Mr. Erywan Yusof, falls within the scope of celebrating the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic ties between the Kingdom of Morocco and the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam, intending to consolidate them at different levels.
