Speaker of the House of Representatives Holds Talks with Delegation of the Qatari Shura Council

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami, received on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at the Seat of the House in Rabat, a delegation of the Qatari Shura Council, led by Dr. Hamda bin Hassan Al-Sulaiti, Deputy Speaker of the Council, and MP Essa bin Arar Alromaihi, member of the said Council, on the occasion of the working visit of the delegation to the Kingdom of Morocco.

Attended by the Chairperson of the Morocco-Qatar Parliamentary Friendship Group, Rep. Najwa Koukouss, the meeting focused on the depth of the historical bilateral ties uniting the Kingdom of Morocco and the State of Qatar and the fraternal bonds linking their leaders. The two parties also discussed the solid parliamentary links. In this regard, they stressed the importance of reinforcing said links through exchanging experiences, expertise, and working visits, stimulating the Parliamentary Friendship Group, and ensuring coordination at the continental and international levels.
