Speaker of the House of Representatives Chairs Award Ceremony of National Prize for Studies and Research on Parliamentary Action in Its Third Edition
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami, chaired on Thursday, July 20, 2022, at the Seat of the House, the award ceremony of the National Prize for Studies and Research on Parliamentary Action in its third edition and gave an address on occasion.
During the ceremony, the Jury President, Professor Amina El Messaoudi, announced the names of the awardees while the Speaker of the House of Representatives handed them the certificates and commemorative trophies. The list of awardees was as follows:
The Merit Prize for doctoral theses went to Fatima Zahra Aaraj for her doctoral thesis: “The Quality of Legal Texts: Diagnosis and Challenges;”
The Merit Prize for published works went to Abderrazzak El Hannouchi for his book: “The Parliament and Human Rights: References and Practices;”
The Encouragement Prize for Doctoral Theses went to Loutfi Alay for his doctoral thesis: “The Adaptation of National Legislation to International Human Rights Criteria: Legal Approaches to Managing Conflict between Universalism and Peculiarity.”
