Plenary Sitting to Open Extraordinary Session Followed by Legislative Plenary Sitting on Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021
In accordance with the provisions of Article 66 of the Constitution, the provisions of Article 18 of the Rules of Procedure of the House, and Decree 2.21.124, the House of Representatives will convene, on Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. a plenary sitting devoted to the opening of an extraordinary session. The sitting will be followed by a legislative plenary sitting to examine and vote on finalized bills included in the agenda of the extraordinary session.
- Government Organic Bill 08.21 amending and supplementing Organic Law 02.12 on the appointment to senior positions, in implementation of Articles 49 and 92 of the Constitution;
- Government Bill 10.21 amending and supplementing Law 57.11 on general electoral lists, referendum operations, and the use of public audiovisual means in electoral and referundum campaigns,
- Government Bill 11.21 amending and supplementing Law 9.97 on the Electoral Code and running an exceptional review of the electoral lists of professional chambers.
