On the sidelines of the event, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives held talks with the President of the International Parliament for Tolerance and Peace, Ms. Margarita Restrepo, a Colombian House of Representatives member. The two parties discussed the means to consolidate the bilateral ties linking the governments and parliaments of the two countries. In addition, Rep.
