They also participated in the opening ceremony of the Moroccan pavilion at the Exhibition Center at the Abdou Diouf Conference Complex, which provides a comprehensive overview of Morocco's experience and achievements in the water sector. The ceremony also featured the display of a documentary film highlighting the Kingdom's strategy in water resources management.

On the second day of this event, the Moroccan delegation participated in the colloquium, which was an occasion for parliamentarians to exchange views and open deep discussions on the role of parliaments in preserving this vital substance, as well as to mobilize the international community on water issues and, thus, contribute to the alleviation of the challenges facing the world.

This participation culminated in an intervention made by Rep. Sidi Brahim Khaya on "Promoting the role of local associations in making and implementing decisions in all areas related to water and sanitation in Morocco.”
