Azerbaijan: Speaker of the House of Representatives Takes Part in the Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of Late President Heydar Aliyev

At the invitation of the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Hon. Sahiba Gafarova, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami performs on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, an official visit to the Azeri National Assembly to take part in the commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the late President Heydar Aliyev.

Cllr. Abdelilah Hafdhi, a member of the Board of the House of Councilors, will represent it in this event, taking place at the seat of the Azeri National Assembly with the participation of Speakers of Parliaments and other political and diplomatic figures.

On this occasion, Hon. Rachid Talbi El Alami will give an address and hold several important meetings and bilateral talks with the Speakers of Parliaments and participating delegations, particularly the Speaker of the Azeri National Assembly.

The bilateral and multilateral parliamentary ties linking the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Azerbaijan are at a good level and based on the mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, and continuous support in regional and international parliamentary fora.
