**Immediately after the plenary session of oral questions**
- The House of Representatives shall convene a plenary session devoted to election of a single member, replacing a member whose term of office has ended in the Constitutional Court, pursuant to the provisions of article 13 of Organic Law N°66.13 of the Constitutional Court.
