- In accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of the Organic Law on Finance, of Article 29 of the 2020 Finance Act, and of Article 25 of Decree 2.15.426 relative to drafting and enforcing finance acts, the Minister of Economy, Finance, and Administration Reform will present, on Tuesday, August 11th, 2020 at 10:00, a draft decree enacting the creation of a trust account called the “Strategic Investment Fund.”
