Meeting to Pursue the Examination of Government Organic Bill 86.15 and Present of Four Parliamentary Bills on Monday, March 21, 2022

Meeting of the Justice, Legislation and Human Rights Committee on Monday, March 21, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. to:

1-   Pursue the examination of Government Organic Bill 86.15 setting the conditions and procedures of filing pleas on the unconstitutionality of laws.

2-    Present the following parliamentary bills:

• Parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Article 20 of Law 70.03 operating as Family Code, ratified by Dahir 1.04.22 of February 3, 2004 (Du Hijja 12, 1424), referred by the House of Councilors;
• Parliamentary bill on unlawful enrichment (Socialist Group);
• Parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Organic Law 066.13 on the Constitutional Court (Haraki Group);
• Parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Dahir of August 12, 1913 (Ramadan 9, 1331) operating as Code of Obligations and Contracts, as amended and supplemented (Group of Progress and Socialism).
