Meeting to Discuss Four Themes and Pursue Examination of Two Parliamentary Bills on Tuesday, January 24, 2023

Meeting of the Justice, Legislation, and Human Rights Committee on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. with the Minister of Justice to:

1- Discuss the following themes:

• “Nature of the measures taken to organize job exams in the sector, and to examine the interactions resulting from the incident of the exam for eligibility to practice law (December 4, 2022, session), and the methodology of its management and communication on their regard.” (Socialist Group)
• “Interaction of the Government with the widespread reactions to the eligibility exam and its results.” (Group of Progress and Socialism)
• “circumstances of the latest exam for eligibility to practice law, and the strategy of the Government to reform, support, and regulate the profession.” (Haraki Group)
• "Repercussions of the results of the exam for eligibility to practice law" (Parliamentary Caucus of Justice and Development).

2- Pursue the examination of two parliamentary bills. The first amending Articles 2, 174, 306, 310, and 317 of Law 39.08 operating as Real Property Code (Group of Authenticity and Modernity), while the second amends Articles 4 and 319 of Law 39.08 operating as Real Property Code (Group of Authenticity and Modernity).
