Examination of Government Bills 07.22 and 41.23, Followed by Discussion of Draft Sub Budget of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection on Tuesday, November 7, 2023

Meeting of the Social Sectors Committee on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., to:

- Examine Government Bill 07.22 on the creation of the Higher Health Authority (second reading);

- Examine Government Bill 41.23 on the cancellation of debts owed to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) under the compulsory health insurance regime and linked to the subscriptions, increases, and expenses of suits and fines, imposed on independent professionals and workers and freelancers that practice liberal professions; 

- Discuss the 2024 draft sub budget of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
