Examination of Four Parliamentary Bills on Tuesday, January 17, 2023

Meeting of the Justice, Legislation, and Human Rights Committee on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. to examine the following parliamentary bills: 

1. Parliamentary Bill amending Articles 2, 174, 306, 310, 317, of Law 39.08 forming the Real Property Code, submitted by the Group of Authenticity and Modernity; 
2. Parliamentary Bill amending Articles 4 and 319 of Law 39.08 forming the Real Property Code, submitted by the Group of Authenticity and Modernity; 
3. Parliamentary Bill supplementing Article 11 of Dahir 1.58.250 enacting the Law on Moroccan Nationality, submitted by the Istiqlali Group of Unity and Egalitarianism; 
4. Parliamentary Bill amending Articles 2 and 4 of Law 83.17 determining the conditions and procedures to benefit from the services of the Familial Mutual Aid Fund, submitted by the Socialist Group.
