- Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution and the Rules of Procedure, the House of Representatives shall convene on Tuesday, july 20th, 2020, right after the plenary sitting devoted to the second reading of of the Amending Finance Bill 35.20 for the fiscal year 2020, a plenary sitting devoted to reviewing and voting on finalized bills.
