تسببت الفيضانات التي اجتاحت بلادنا مؤخرا، و خاصة دواوير و جماعات إقليم طاطا في خسائر بشرية مؤلمة واتلاف البنية التحتية من قناطر و طرق، الأمر الذي بتطلب اتخاد تدابير مستعجلة و ناجعة للتخفيف من آثار هذه الفاجعة.
