Presentation of Government Bills on Elections on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021

Meeting of the Internal Affairs, Communes, Housing, and Urban Policy Committee on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. to present the following Government Bills relating to elections:

- Government Organic Bill 04.21 amending and supplementing Organic Law 27.11 relating to the House of Representatives,

- Government Organic Bill 05.21 amending and supplementing Organic Law 28.11 relating to the House of Councilors,

- Government Organic Bill 06.21 amending and supplementing Organic Law 59.11 on the election of the members of the councils of communes,

- Government Organic Bill 07.21 amending and supplementing Organic Law 29.11 on political parties,

- Government Bill 10.21 amending and supplementing Law 57.11 on general electoral lists, referendum operations, and the use of public audiovisual means in electoral and referundum campaigns,

- Government Bill 11.21 amending and supplementing Law 9.97 on the Electoral Code and running an exceptional review of the electoral lists of professional chambers.
