Presentation of Four Parliamentary Bills on Tuesday, December 15th, 2020

Meeting of the Justice, Legislation, and Human Rights Committee on Tuesday, December 15th, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. to present the following four parliamentary bills:

1- Parliamentary Bill amending and supplementing Law 22.01 on the criminal procedure enacted by Dahir 1.02.255 of October 3rd, 2002 (Rajab 25th, 1423) as amended and supplemented by Law 03.03 enacted by Dahir 1.03.140 of May 28th, 2003 (Rabi I 26th, 1424) (Group of Authenticity and Modernity),

2- Parliamentary Bill amending articles 2 and 4 of Law 83.17 defining and conditions and procedures to benefit from the services of the Familial Mutual Aid Fund enacted on March 12th, 2018 (Jumada II 23rd, 1439) (Socialist Group),

3- Parliamentary Bill amending and supplementing Law 3.64 of January 26th, 1965 (Ramadan 22nd, 1384) on unification of courts (Haraki Group),

4- Parliamentary Bill aiming at protecting children from molestation (Parliamentary Caucus of Progress and Socialism).
