Moroccan Parliament Takes Part in International Conference of Alternative Sanctions and Measures Law

A delegation of the Moroccan House of Representatives is taking part in the International Conference organized by the National Human Rights Institution of the Kingdom of Bahrain on the theme: "Alternative Sanctions and Measures Law." The Conference takes place in Manama, Bahrain, on September 27 and 28, 2022. 

The participants in this high-level Conference, representing the Arab, national, regional and international human rights organizations, in addition to the specialized UN agencies, for two days, shall discuss the Law on Alternative Sanctions and Measures as a qualitative experience in criminal legislation, and the challenges facing the parties tasked with its implementation.

The Moroccan parliamentary delegation includes members of the National Representation at the Arab Parliament, namely three Representatives and one Councilor:

- Rep. Mohamed Ayyach, Group of the National Rally of Independents;

- Rep. Khadija Hajjoubi, Group of Authenticity and Modernity;

- Rep. Ahmed Ched, Haraki Group;

- Cllr. Mohammed Bakouri, Chairperson of the Group of the National Rally of Independents.
