Moroccan craftsmanship honored at the Seat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg
The members of the Moroccan Parliamentary Representation within the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe attended the inauguration of a traditional tile fountain donated by Morocco. This unique work of art, which is now exhibited at the PACE Seat, showcases the Kingdom's craft heritage and highlights the skills and dexterity of Morocco's world-renowned craftsmen.
The inauguration also featured the presence of the Moroccan Consul General in Strasbourg, Mr. Driss El Kaissi, PACE President, Mr. Tiny Kox, and numerous Assembly officials. This highly symbolic event illustrates the excellent institutional relations that Morocco enjoys with PACE, and confirms the continuity and evolution of the partnership for democracy, which celebrates its 12th anniversary this year.
