Meeting of the productive sectors committee to discuss topics relating to impacts of coronavirus on Tourism and transport sectors

The Productive Sectors Committee is holding today Monday, May 4th, 2020, immediately after the plenary session, a meeting, with the participation of the Minister of Tourism, Handicraft, Air transport, and Social Economy, to discuss the following topics:

“Impacts of the outbreak of Coronavirus on tourism” (Socialist Group);

“The measures taken by the Ministry to protect and save national tourism, which was affected by the crisis caused by the impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic, as a key sector for investment and foreign currency, and that stimulates the economy and creates direct and indirect job opportunities.” (Haraki Group);

“The measures taken by the Ministry to face the impacts of Coronavirus on tourism, following the end of the state of public health emergency.” (Group of Justice and Development);

"The measures taken to face the impacts of Coronavirus on tourism and air transport sector."(Istiqlali Group of Unity and egalitarianism).

The meeting is taking place with the participation of the chairpersons of parliamentary groups and caucus, and one representative of each group and caucus.
