Meeting of Education Committee on Friday, June 26th, 2020 to Discuss Six Topics

The Education, Culture, and Communication Committee will hold a meeting on Friday, June 26th, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. with the Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports, to discuss the following topics:

1-   The fate and future of print and digital media following the COVID-19 crisis, especially following the suspension of publishing printed versions of newspapers and magazines due to the pandemic (Istiqlali Group for Unity and Egalitarianism),

2-   The new economic model of media companies in the light of the circumstances our country is undergoing due to COVID-19 (Group of Justice and Development),

3-   The situation and horizons of print and digital media in the light of COVID-19 (Haraki Group),

4-   The situation of public media in the cultural and educational guidance considering the COVID-19 pandemic (Parliamentary Caucus of Progress and Socialism),

5-   The situation and role of advertising in the national economic system (Parliamentary Caucus of Progress and Socialism),

6-   The situation of print media given the COVID-19 pandemic (Parliamentary Caucus of Progress and Socialism).
