House of Representatives Adopts by Majority of Votes the 2022 Finance Bill in a Second Reading
The House of Representatives adopted on Monday, December 6, 2021, Finance Bill 76.21 for the fiscal year 2022 in a second reading. The adoption took place during a legislative plenary sitting chaired by Speaker of the House of Representatives Rachid Talbi Alami and attended by Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch, Minister of Economy and Finance Nadia Fettah Alaoui, Minister Delegate in Charge of the Budget Faouzi Lakjaa and other Government members.
The Bill was adopted by a majority of votes, whereby 123 Representatives voted for the Bill while 41 were against it. No abstentions were recorded.
