The Election of new members of the Morocco-European Union (EU) Joint Parliamentary Committee took place recently in Rabat during a meeting on the new structure of the Committee, chaired by the Speaker of the House of Representatives Habib El Malki.
In this respect, Deputy Chaoui Belassal, from the Group of Constitutional Rally, was elected president of the Committee while Councilor Fouad El Kadiri, from the Istiqlal party, was elected vice-president.
The members of the Morocco-EU Joint Parliamentary Committee are Deputies Driss Skalli Adaoui and Azouha El Arak from the Group of Justice and Development, Mohamed Ghayat and Ghita Bedroun from the Group of Authenticity and Modernity, Lahcen Haddad from the Istiqlali Group of Unity and Egalitarianism, and Lahcen Skouri from the Haraki Group. The Committee also includes Councilors Mohamed Mouknif from the Group of Authenticity and Modernity and Abdessamad Al Marimi from the Group of Justice and Development.
