Chairperson of the Morocco-Kazakhstan Parliamentary Friendship Group Holds Virtual Meeting with His Kazakhstani Counterpart

The Chairperson of the Morocco-Kazakhstan Parliamentary Friendship Group at the House of Representatives, Rep. Abdelkader Taher, held talks on Thursday, December 14, 2023, via videoconference, with his counterpart in the Parliament of Kazakhstan, MP. Aygul Kouspan.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed the means to consolidate cooperation ties between the two countries and their legislative institutions, as well as other questions of mutual concern.

On the same occasion, the Chairperson of the Morocco-Kazakhstan Parliamentary Friendship Group extended an invitation to his Kazakhstani counterpart to visit the Kingdom in order to explore the prospects of reinforcing economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting featured the presence of the Group member, Rep. Khaoula El Khourchi; the Ambassador of the Kingdom to Kazakhstan, H.E. Mohammed Rachid Maaninou; the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Rabat, H.E. Saulekul Sailaukyzy; and the Head of the Chamber of Trade, Industry, and Services in the Casablanca-Settat Region, Mr. Hassane Berkani.
