In accordance with the provisions set forth in Article 68 of the Constitution, the two Houses of the Parliament will hold a joint plenary sitting on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., at the Seat of the House of Representatives, to hear the statement of the Head of the Government regarding direct social assistance.
