**Right After Plenary Sitting**

Meeting of the Education, Culture and Communication Committee with the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation on Monday, May 9, 2022, right after the plenary sitting, to discuss the following themes:

1-   Reality of the public policy in the area of scientific research in our country;

2-   Legislative plan of the Ministry and its relation to accelerating the implementation of university reform; (Parliamentary Caucus of Justice and Development);

3-   Inclusion of Moroccan students forced to return from Ukraine because of war (Socialist Group);

4-   Reasons for eliminating the bachelor system and the Government’s vision on ameliorating higher education, particularly the pedagogical system in open access universities, which witness large dropout rates;

5-   Outcome of university projects that were cancelled by the Ministry despite the conclusion of several conventions in their regard with elected councils (Opposition Groups and Caucus);

6-   Outcome of the projects to establish universities in our country;

7-   Situation of the Moroccan students who returned from Ukraine (Group of the National Rally of Independents).
