Presentation of Draft Organic Bill 97.15 (adjourned) and Discussion of Topics Relative to Some Epidemiological Clusters and the Level of Employers Abidance by Protective Measures
The Social Sectors Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, September 16th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with the Minister of Employment and Vocational Integration, following the agenda below:
1- Presentation of Draft Organic Bill 97.15 setting out the conditions and modalities for exercising the right to strike **adjourned**;
2- Discussion of topics relative to the repercussions of epidemiological clusters in some production plants, the level of employers’ abidance by the protective measures, the measures taken by the Ministry to oversee the commitment of employers to subscribe their employees with the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), expanding health and social coverage in implementation of the Royal speech, and the situation of National Social Security Fund hospitals and their role in the light of COVID-19. The topics were raised by the Haraki Group, the Group of Justice and Development, the Group of Constitutional Rally, and the Istiqlali Group for Unity and Egalitarianism.
