Meeting of the Infrastructure, Energy, Mines and Environment Committee on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 11 a.m., with the Minister of Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, and in the presence of the Director of the National Office for Hydrocarbons and Mines, and the Director General of the National Office of Electricity and Potable Water, to discuss the following themes:

-  “Exploitation of natural gas in Morocco: ‘Prospects and Challenges’ in light of the Competition Council’s report of January 2021,” (Group of Progress and Socialism);

- “Results of excavation operations to extract natural gas in several regions of the Kingdom and the efforts made in the areas of producing and promoting this essential material extracted from several gas wells that are under exploitation,” (Parliamentary Caucus of Justice and Development);

- “Successive rises in fuel prices in the local market during the recent period,” (Groups and caucus of the Opposition);

- “Reasons behind the rise in the prices of energy materials and the measures taken to limit their impact on the purchasing power of citizens,” (Groups of the Majority and the Constitutional, Democratic and Social Group);
