Meeting to Present Five Parliamentary Bills and Discuss One Government Bill 95.17

The Justice, Legislation, and Human Rights Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, July 16^th, 2020, at 3:00 p.m. following the agenda below:

1- Presentation of the following five parliamentary bills:

- Parliamentary bill supplementing Law 67.12 organizing the contractual relations between lessors and lessees of properties for habitation or professional use (Socialist Group);

- Parliamentary bill amending Article 8 of Law 49.16 on renting properties or premises for commercial, industrial, or artisanal use (Socialist Group);

- Parliamentary bil amending Law 67.12 organizing the contractual relations between lessors and lessees of properties for habitation or professional use, and Law 49.16 on renting properties or premises for commercial, industrial, or artisanal use, in relation to the payment of rent fees during the state of public health emergency that our country is undergoing due to COVID-19 (Group of Justice and Development);

- Parliamentary bill supplementing Law 67.12 organizing the contractual relations between lessors and lessees of properties for habitation or professional use, enacted by Dahir 1.13.111 of Muharram 15^th, 1435 (November 19^th, 2013) (Group of Authenticity and Modernity);

- Parliamentary bill supplementing Law 49.16 on renting properties or premises for commercial, industrial, or artisanal use, enacted by Dahir 1.16.99 of Shawwal 13^th, 1437 (July 18^th, 2016) (Group of Authenticity and Modernity).

2- General Discussion of Government bill 95.17 on arbitration and conventional mediation.
