Meeting to Examine Two Parliamentary Bills and Pursue Examination of One Government Bill on Wednesday, January 20th, 2021

Meeting of the Justice, Legislation, and Human Rights Committee on Wednesday, January 20^th, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. following the agenda below:

1- Examination of Parliamentary Bill amending the third paragraph of Article 2-1 of the Dahir of Obligations and Contracts as supplemented by Law 53.05 on electronic exchange of legal data issued on November 30^th, 2007 (Group of Constitutional Rally);

2- Examination of Parliamentary Bill amending and supplementing Article 15 of Law 70.03 operating as Family Code (referred by the House of Councilors);

3- Continuation to the examination of Government Bill 12.18 amending and supplementing the Criminal Code and Law 43.05 on fighting money laundering.
