Meeting to Examine Six Parliamentary Bills on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020

Meeting of the Social Sectors Committee on Tuesday, December 8^th, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. to examine the following parliamentary bills:

- Parliamentary bill aiming to instate exemption from delay penalties and increases and prosecution charges stipulated in Articles 26 and 28 of Dahir 1.72.184 of July 27^th, 1972 (Jumada Tania 15^th, 1392) on Social Security Scheme as amended and supplemented (Istiqlali Group of Unity and Egalitarianism);

- Parliamentary bill supplementing Law 65.99 operating as Labor Code (Group of Authenticity and Modernity);

- Parliamentary bill amending Dahir 1.03.194 issued on September 11^th, 2003 (Rajab 14^th, 1424) enacting Law 65.99 operating as Labor Code (Majority groups and caucus);

- Parliamentary bill amending and supplementing Articles 32 and 256 of Law 65.99 operating as Labor Code, enacted by Dahir 1.03.194 of September 11^th, 2003 (Rajab 14^th, 1424) as amended (Socialist Group);

- Parliamentary bill amending Law 65.99 operating as Labor Code (Group of Justice and Development);

- Parliamentary bill amending first paragraph of Article 6 of Law 65.00 operating as Health Coverage Code (referred by the House of Councilors for second reading).
