Meeting of the Education, Culture and Communication Committee with the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 14:30 p.m. to discuss the following themes:

1-   Developments and conditions of the 2022-2023 academic season start (Haraki Group, Group of Progress and Socialism, Groups of the Majority and the Constitutional, Democratic and Social Group, Parliamentary Caucus of Justice and Development, Socialist Group);

2-   Ministry’s strategy to advance scientific research, promote innovation in Moroccan universities and upgrade the quality of open access higher education institutions (Group of Authenticity and Modernity);

3-   Management of scholarships (Group of Progress and Socialism) – Situation and conditions of accommodation in university dormitories (Group of Progress and Socialism – Parliamentary Caucus of Justice and Development).

4-   Situation and fate of Moroccan students who returned from Ukraine (Haraki Group).
