Meeting to Discuss Eight Topics Relative to the Situation of Education in the Light of COVID-19
The Education, Culture, and Communication Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, June 30th, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. to discuss the following topics:
1. The situation of higher education in our country (Group of Authenticity and Modernity),
2 Pressure of several private schools on Moroccan families to pay their monthly tuition fees despite the difficult economic and social situation that our country is experiencing due to COVID-19, and the indignation of families towards this irresponsible act (Istiqlali Group for Unity and Egalitarianism),
3. The social situation of employees of private schools considering the impacts of COVID-19 on the sector (Group of Justice and Development),
4. Reform and unification of educational curricula in public and private institutions (Group of Authenticity and Modernity),
5. The preparations and measures taken by the Ministry to provide adequate conditions for the conduct of baccalaureate exams (Group of Constitutional Rally),
6. The management of baccalaureate exams for the 2019-2020 academic year (Parliamentary Caucus of Progress and Socialism),
7. Problems of private education emanating from the COVID-19 crisis (Socialist Group),
8. The precautionary and organizational measures relative to the conduct of baccalaureate exams (Socialist Group).
