Discussion of Themes Relating to Agriculture and Presentation of Government Bill 80.21 on Tuesday, January 25, 2022

Meeting of the Productive Sectors Committee on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 9:30 a.m. with the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests, to:

1- Discuss the following themes raised by the parliamentary groups:

- Situation of Moroccan cattlemen (Socialist Group);

- Implementation of the program of “Reducing spatial and social gaps in rural areas” and the report on the work of the Rural Development Fund (Group of Progress and Socialism);

- Evaluation of the Green Morocco Plan and the prospects of the agricultural strategy “Generation Green,” (Group of Progress and Socialism);

- Issues caused by overgrazing and the measures taken to redress it under the laws in force (Istiqlali Group of Unity and Egalitarianism);

- Government action plan and the accompanying measures to implement the agricultural strategy “Generation Green,” (Istiqlali Group of Unity and Egalitarianism).

2 - Present Government Bill 80.21 on the Establishment of the National Agricultural Registry.
