Discussion of themes related to National Territorial Planning on Wednesday, June 15, 2022

Meeting of the Internal Affairs, Communes, Housing and Urban Policy Committee on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 3:00 P.M, to examine the request by parliamentary groups and caucus to hold a meeting on the following themes:

-      Problem of generalizing urbanization-related documentation at the national level, presented by the Socialist Group;

-      Delay in producing development plans and urbanization documentation, presented by the Group of the National Rally of Independents;

-      Delay in producing development plans and urbanization documentation, presented by the Constitutional, Democratic and Social Group;

-      Actions and measures taken to deal with the spiking  construction material prices, and its economic, social and financial repercussions, presented by the Group of Progress and Socialism;

-      Problem of implementing the urbanization documentation – presented by the Istiqlali Group of Unity and Egalitarianism;

-      Strategy adopted by the Ministry to solve the problems related to urbanization documentation and acceleration of the production of development plans, presented by the Group of Authenticity and Modernity;

-      Pandemic’s repercussions on the sector of urbanization and investment in real-estate, and the Government’s policy to promote this sector, presented by the Parliamentary Caucus of Justice and Development;

-      Urbanization documentation and investment prospects, presented by the Parliamentary Caucus of Justice and Development;

-      Government’s plan to produce development plans and generalize urbanization documentation at the national level – presented by the Haraki Group;

-      Impact of the spiking construction material prices on the real-estate sector, presented by the Haraki Group.
